dissimulatesXellos is polite and cheerful 90% of the time, however he's still an evil monster who feeds on negative feelings. If he approaches your character, it's likely he's out for information or for a snack, maybe both. If he finds out what makes someone angry/sad/afraid/etc. he pokes it and he likes to play pranks (which can range from harmless to lethal, whoops). He's annoying as fuck is what I'm saying.
He can also sense emotions to a certain extent, especially negative ones. He can’t read thoughts, so even if he knows someone's upset he won’t know why.
